Instructions
- Preheat oven — Preheat to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep chicken — Cut chicken breasts into thin filets. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Set up dredging station — In one shallow bowl, combine olive oil and garlic. In a second shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat chicken — Dip each piece in the olive oil mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides. Transfer to the baking sheet.
