Instructions

  1. Preheat oven — Preheat to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Season and roast vegetables — Add Brussels sprouts and butternut squash to the sheet pan. Toss with olive oil and season with salt, smoked paprika, thyme, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
